BTF designs and builds ovens for the performance of fire resistance trials in laboratories with materials certification authorisation. These ovens must be able to muster temperature increases which comply with ISO standards or RWS curves. In this specialised domain, this company is the sole manufacturer of installations for fire resistance tests in Belgium (which comply with the European standards EN1363-**).
We have experience in the construction of vertical and horizontal ovens which are built for fire resistance trials – this may be under pressure or not, or a combination of both. The ovens are equipped with all the instruments necessary for the monitoring and also the acquisition and processing of data.
We have developed our own software for the automatic monitoring of ovens during tests with a base of a programmed curve and data measured by the various sensors and probes (temperature, pressure, oxygen, ...)
The ovens can be flexible and equipped with a loading system and an outdoor fireplace with a system for extraction or treatment of flue gas, gateways, ...
We also manufacture frames, removable walls and caps to modulate space in ovens according to tested samples.
We move, adapt and renovate existing installations for the trials.
